Day 1 Fes – Midelt - Azzrou - Todra Gorges

In Morning of our first day of desert tour from Fes to Merzouga 5 days, driver will pick you up from your accommodation in Marrakech. Strarting your desert journey from Fes to Todra Groges, You will pass through The Switzerland of Morocco the city of Ifrane, then through Azzrou, the forest of Hjira is known for its cedar trees and the monkeys. We might stop for taking some pictures in this amazing forest, afterwards we continue to Zaida a small village in Midelt, we stop there for lunch before we continue to Todra gorges. Overnight will be in Tinghir.

Day 2 Todra Gorges - Tinghir - Erfoud - Merzouga

In the morning of This 5 days desert tour from Fes. we have a walk along Todra valley and river, then we leave the city of Tinghir. We will drive through Tinjdad, Rissani and Erfoud, by reaching Rissani and Erfoud, we start having the feeling of being in a Sahara desert. In the evening we arrive to Merzouga, overnight will be in a hotel in Merzouga.

Day 3 Tour around Erg Chebbi Desert by 4x4 – Merzouga

In the third day of Morocco Sahara desert tour 5 day, driver will take you in a tour to the surroundings of Merzouga desert; you will visit a small village of Berber Nomadic people. They are black community of Morocco they are specialized in Gnawa Music. They said to be derived from African community, they traveled to Morocco and settled there. However, the Gnawa and people of Khamlia are now Moroccan citizens. In the afternoon we come back to our hotel in Merzouga and ride camels to the desert camp. Overnight will be under the starts in the desert of Morocco Sahara desert Erg Chebbi.

Day 4 Camel Trekking Back to Merzouga – Midelt

In the 4th day of our desert tour 5 days, we get up early to watch to sunrise and then ride camels back to our hotel in Merzouga. After breakfast and shower, we leave Merzouga. We will drive back to Fes, we will overnight in Midelt befor continuing our way back to Fes.

Day 5 Midelt – Azrou – Fes

In the last day, we will continue our desert journey from Midelt to Fes via Azzrou and Ifrane, we will stop in Azzrou to explore the cedar forest and to visit Market for Crafted products. To see how leather Moroccan shoes bags and other things are made. After that we continue our journey to Fes. Arrival to Fes will be the end of our Fes to Merzouga 5 day desert tour.
